Rhode Captures the Big Money Check in Legends Regional Qualifier At Hawkeye Downs!

Brody Rhode started from the pole Friday night and went on to capture the victory by leading all 30 laps and his third straight win of the season. The “Minnesota Missile” now qualifies for a chance to head to Charlotte later on in the year. Kevin Korsmo finished second in his old number B-52, and Tim “G-Money” Goettsch rounded out the top 3.

Other winners from the night included Griffin McGrath in Late Model’s. Nathan Ballard in the hobby stocks. Dave McCalla in the Sportsman, and Kurt Bohnsack in the Hornets.Racing will return next week with all divisions competing. Pits 4:00p, Gates 6:00p, Races 7:30p
